Our Products
Our Process
Seed & Paddy Selection
The process of delivering premium basmati starts with choosing the right seeds. Healthy, high-quality paddy is carefully sourced at the beginning of each season.
Moisture Control & Husking
To prepare the paddy for milling, its moisture content is gradually reduced utilizing a blend of traditional drying techniques and modern technology.
Aging & Warehousing
Rice develops a richer aroma and superior cooking qualities when properly matured over time in controlled storage facilities.
Thorough Cleaning
The initial processing phase involves multiple purification steps to extract impurities and guarantee a strictly hygienic product.
Whitening & Polishing
Specialized milling machinery gently removes the outer bran layers from the rice to achieve the desired texture, color, and premium finish.
Precision Grading
The grains are continuously evaluated by length and thickness to filter out broken, undersized, or defective pieces.
Optical Color Sorting
Prior to packing, advanced sorting technology identifies and extracts any discolored grains to ensure a perfectly uniform final batch.
Accurate Packaging & Dispatch
Automated, computerized weighing systems guarantee exact bagging measurements before the finished rice is securely sealed and prepared for global shipment.
